All orders, received on weekdays, are ready for dispatch within one hour of receipt, product availability permitting. Orders received by 2pm will be picked up that day by CourierPost. We endeavor to have a quick and efficient service.

 
All orders are treated as priority as we know that when ordering things you need them in a hurry. Every now and again a product which you order may be out of stock. If this out of stock situation arises we will contact you by return e-mail.

Please ensure that you do not block our e-mails otherwise you may not receive confirmation of your order or non availability of some product in your order.

Be assured we only charge for goods that are available, and we do not do back orders for non supplied product.

New Zealand Delivery
 
Free delivery is available on all orders over $150 of product cost. For orders under than this amount, the cost of delivery is $3.50 per order. A rural delivery charge of $2.50 will be charged unless the delivery is made to a P.O.Box
 
Delivery of order takes one to two full working days from placement of order.
 
We use CourierPost for deliveries throughout New Zealand. You can visit them here.
 
We send all orders as ‘signature required' unless otherwise requested.

If you request ‘non-signature' required delivery and you're not home when CourierPost call and they think it safe to do so, the driver will often leave your parcel either at your door or in your mailbox. If CourierPost don't think it is safe to leave, they'll leave a card to call them at their local depot. However a request for ‘non-signature' puts the onus on yourself if a delivery goes ‘missing' if left at the address when you are not at home.
 

Delivery is to a business address must include your name and the business name in the delivery address.
 
Customers are able to track their orders by using the CourierPost 'Track & Trace' system. A tracking number will be sent with our confirmation e-mail at the time your order is processed.

We accept full responsibility for losses on ‘signature required' deliveries or breakages in transit within New Zealand.

 

International Delivery

We use NZ Post International Airmail services for sending all overseas orders. Information on NZ Postal services is available at this link www.nzpost.co.nz

The delivery cost of all international orders is automatically calculated according to the weight of the products you order.  Delivery charges will be clearly shown for your approval during the shopping cart process. This allows you to see the total cost of product and the delivery charge before finalising your order. 
 
The standard delivery time for overseas orders is 5-14 working days However this can vary a great deal according to the destinations the product are being airmailed to and the time of year, such as the Christmas period.
All orders are sent promptly and should reach you within 21 working days maximum.
 
Delivery enquiries are welcome.  We're happy to quote on bulk orders.
 
Regulations for Customs and importation of products vary widely between countries.  Some products available on this website, although legal in New Zealand, are prohibited for importation into certain countries.  However, it's not possible for the regulations of all destinations to be known to us. If we are aware of any particular import restrictions, a note of this restriction will be shown on the product ordering page.  
 
The final responsibility to ensure that any goods which you order are not prohibited/restricted within the country chosen for delivery is entirely yours. 

Healthy1020 accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body.  Likewise any import duty or tax payable on your order is not our responsibility and is beyond our control. 
 
We guarantee all orders will be posted at NZ Post but accept no liability for any goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand.
