Getting Maximum Results from Kre-Alkalyn TM

The patent holder was recommending just using 1.5g half an hour prior
to exercise with water. A puzzling occurrence was that quite a few people
were reporting no additional benefit at the 1.5g.

Kre-Alkalyn.
- Taking it with just water still produces good strength increases while also assisting with faster fat loss.
- Because there are not side effects like diarrhoea like with conventional
creatine, the dosage levels can be experimented with up to 10g!
- Taking it one hour prior to exercise seems to produce a better effect than
taking it just half an hour before or less.
Taking 5g of Kre-AlkalynTM is much, much more effective than 5g of Creatine.

It is important not to get side tracked looking at the value or doing a cost
comparison with conventional creatine. As an example, if your base strength
